The outcome of the PFMEA is the basis from which we perform our high level project risk assessment. We identify areas where contingencies need to be incorporated into the project plan to enhance the streamlining of the manufacturing process. This allows us time to prepare in advance, counteracting perceived risks for all involved. However, alternative software can be utilised to suit specific customer project requirements so that it can be directly fed into a customer’s master schedule.
Paul joined us in1997 and is now a time served, experienced and skilled CNC machinist. Using his experience as a hands-on engineer, he now applies his vast technical knowledge to our planning process. Paul moved to our Estimating department in 2015 which sees him working collaboratively with a range of company departments, producing quotes for a variety of industry sectors including nuclear, defence and power generation.
